Employees only pay 30% of the monthly premium, with the company paying 70%.
After 3 months of employment, all employees are enrolled in the Gorman Group's Life Insurance Program. There is no cost to the employee. The Company pays this benefit in full.
There is a voluntary 401k plan with a 6 year vesting schedule. To be eligible, an employee must be at least 19 years old, have at least one year of service with the Company, and worked at least 750 hours in the first year.
Paid Time Off
Vacation time is available for year round full time employees and personal/sick time for full time and seasonal workers. Paid holidays are given each year.
